OUR PILLAR PRINCIPLES

GIVE

An integral part of our social initiatives is the notion of giving back to the society at large, and we encourage Mastekeers to contribute in a similar way. In FY 2019-20, we supported 14,848 beneficiaries through our CSR grants and 1,128 beneficiaries through employee payroll giving programme. Our annual musical fundraiser, Inspired, is a platform that connects citizens to social causes and inspires them to donate to credible charities

ENGAGE

We believe, supporting our society beyond funding is essential. We encourage Mastekeers and citizens to create a difference in the society by engaging and contributing their bit to social causes. Our annual CSR initiatives, serve as opportunities for employee engagement. We organize a blood donation camps, tree plantation drives, Daan Utsav and Mastek Foundation Run

BUILD

In alignment to our 'Build' pillar, we initiated a three month programme, Project Deep Blue, for budding engineering students to solve social problems through technical solutions using their coding skills. The platform promotes deep thinking, innovation, and awareness about significant social issues among young engineering minds. In addition, we provide consulting to non-profit organisations to enhance their scalability and governance.

Informed Giving, Responsible Receiving

We encourage informed giving among donors, and responsible receiving among nonprofit organisations, to collaboratively support the underprivileged

Mastek Meetup

The “Mastek Foundation Meetup” is a one-day event held at Mastek office with all charity partners supported during FY 2023-24. The purpose of this annual CSR-NGO Partners meeting is to unite all partners, fostering a collaborative environment for sharing and learning about each other’s work. This interaction provides charity partners with the opportunity to engage with and gain insights from Mastek team members who are part of the CSR Committee, emphasizing collaboration and knowledge exchange between the Mastek Foundation and its charity partners.

Christmas Donation

The Christmas fundraiser was organized to spread joy and generosity to underprivileged communities. Mastek employees contributed by donating old clothes, electronic gadgets, blankets, and more, which were distributed to slum communities in Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Haryana, benefiting those in need.
